NOTE: Playthrough is based on the amount of your deposit plus bonus. In the case that the customer plays different games in one deposit and bonus, the game played requiring the highest playthrough will be the game used to calculate the playthrough requirements.

FREE CHIPS
- Free chips are to be played 20 times their value before cash out
- A regular customer may cash out 2 times the value of the chip if they have
not cashed out on free chips in the past, otherwise only the amount of free
chip.
- A VIP customer may cash out 5 times the value of the chip if he has not
cashed out free chips in the past otherwise only twice of the amount of the
free chip.
- A customer may NOT redeem a free chip or may not be entitled to the free
chip if:
(a) he/she has redeemed multiple free chips and has not made any deposit in
between two subsequent free chips;
(b) has multiple accounts;
(c) doesn't qualify for the criteria set by the chip. For example: $20 free
chip criteria: for customers that have not played for the last 15 days. With
this criterion anyone that has played within the last 15 days cannot redeem
the chip otherwise winnings will be forfeited.
In the case that the customer deposits before using the free chip, the free
chip will be treated as a regular bonus and will follow regular bonus rules.
Free chips and bonuses of 50% or more are not eligible to be played to any of the progressive games.
CASHBACKS
Cash backs must be played 10 times its value before any cash out requests. All the cash back bonuses are in addition to the original bonus received by the account and therefore are totally non-cashable (original bonus plus cash back bonuses). There is a max. cash-out of 10 times the original deposit on all cash backs.
A customer that has a pending withdrawal may not claim a bonus or cash back unless permitted by the casino manager and is noted on the account, and confirmed by e-mail.
COMP POINTS
Comp points must be played 10 times its value before withdrawal. 1 comp pts is equals to $1.
After meeting the play requirements:
(a) Regular customers are entitled only to the dollar equivalent of the comp points.
(b) VIP customer may cash out twice the dollar value of the comp points. Comp points generated from free chips are not eligible to be converted or redeemed.
Please allow up to 24 hours to have your comp points redeemed. Management reserves the right to withhold comp point privileges without prior warning. Comp points cannot be redeemed while there is money in the account balance.
